Welcome to MoBai. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Our works are handmade and include natural shell. Variations in shell colour, lustre, grain, texture, shape, and small hand-finished details are inherent to the material and process. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to present each work accurately, but natural and hand-finished variations do not by themselves constitute a defect.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or product-information errors before accepting an order. Availability is limited and may change before an order is completed.

3. Shipping, customs and delivery

Shipping and import duties are included in the listed price. For orders to the United States, estimated preparation time is 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated transit and total delivery times. Delivery times depend on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and local conditions; carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Orders are dispatched from Beihai, Guangxi, China. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Import duties are covered by us. Other taxes and carrier handling fees, if applicable, remain the customer's responsibility. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.

4. Returns and damaged items

Return requests, damaged-item reports, eligibility, and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

5. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, security, or other visitors' use of the website.
